In addition to his university duties, Dr. Posey is also a Keynote Speaker, Master Coach, Trainer and Facilitator in the areas of personal and organizational motivation, strategic planning, communication, organizational and personal storytelling, and the intersection of emotional intelligence and artificial intelligence.

He’s been a successful entrepreneur founding a company in the mid 1990s specializing in web design and online continuing education training.
