Submission and lobbying

Fill in the simple form to submit your company for consideration.

June 27 – June 30

Shortlisting

A core judging team of media and independent professionals will create a shortlist from the submitted games, to be voted on by members of the industry.

July 3 – July 31

Voting

Since revising the MGAs approach to this in 2023 and 2024, the shortlist is now voted on by all members of the games industry.

August 19, 2025

Awards Ceremony

The winners will be revealed during a gala VIP event at a central Cologne venue, during Gamescom week.
