Newsweek Readers' Choice Voting Rules

NEWSWEEK READERS' CHOICE AWARDS

VOTING RULES

The Category Lists:

Every 3 weeks beginning September 10, 2025 Newsweek will publish an entrants list of up to 20
businesses, services or products by category for public voting to pick the Newsweek
Readers' Choice Winner (each a "Category List").

Once a Category List is published, voting will commence for 28 days for each Category List
("Voting Period"). At the end of the Voting Period, the voting will close and Newsweek will
announce the businesses with the most votes as Readers' Choice winner in their respective
category.

Voting:

Voters must be at least 18 years old to vote in the Newsweek Readers' Choice program. The
Voting starts when the relevant Category List is published and ends 28 days later at 11:59
a.m. Eastern Time.

Votes are limited to one vote per person, per Category List, per day. The use of any automated
voting system, bot, macro, script or vote manipulation is prohibited and any votes linked to
this behavior will be void. Businesses are prohibited from offering prizes or other offers and
inducements to the public to vote. This includes vote farming, fraudulent voting practices or
inappropriate promotion to entice votes that would artificially inflate the businesses
standing in the Newsweek Readers' Choice program.

By participating in the Newsweek Readers' Choice program, voters agree to be bound by
these voting rules. Newsweek maintains final say in the voting and reserves the right to
remove votes or voters that attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion in any way.
Newsweek reserves the right to disqualify persons and businesses suspected of tampering
with voting or abusing aspects of this promotion and program.

These voting rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Licensee agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, for the enforcement of any arbitration award.
