Exploring the ZIA Mobile policy
Employees of an enterprise are no longer limited to using their desktop or laptop computers. As corporate applications are moving to the cloud, mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones are becoming increasingly popular with the mobile workforce. So, now, along with protecting their traditional computers, enterprises need to secure their mobile infrastructure. We introduced the ZCC in the previous chapter—this can be used by personal computer users by running it as an application on their Windows and macOS computers. The ZCC can also be used as an app on mobile platforms. ZIA offers protection for the iOS and Android mobile platforms.
The ZIA Mobile policy has three major components— Zscaler Client Connector Configuration, Mobile Security, and Mobile Access Control.
