Please answer this simple SPAM challenge: max(three, two)? (Example: nine)
Note that the function does NOT remove the escaping characters. If you do<?phpstr_getcsv('"abc\"abc"')?>you'll get an array with a string(8) "abc\"abc", the \ will stay.
