Tn recognition of the research’s integral role in an educational institution, AMAES consistently gears
toward the improvement of the institution's research productivity, evidenced by its strong ‘support to |
encourage and allow the members of the: academe - faculty and the students - to produce scholarly
‘output in and out of AMA. |
‘Tho research programs are designed based on the principles that ~ (1) The faculty, being trifocal in
nature, is expected to become teachers, researchers and service-oriented professionals; (2) One of
the fundamental functions of an academic institution is to generate and disseminate quality research

08.1.1 Facully members with approved research projects shall be given a research
grant of Php20,000 with the condition that the final research paper will be
delivered after a year from the time that the grant commence.
The following terms shall apply:
08.1.1.2 The proponent shall be provided fifty percent (60%) upon
acceptance of the proposal and signing of the research contract
while the remaining fifty percent (60%) will be given upon the
completion and submission of the final research paper.
06.1.1.2 The proponent shail submit a monthly progress report to monitor if
the research is on track and align with the submitted research
len. Failure to submit monthly progress report in three (3)
consecutive months will automatically result in termination of the
fesearch grant and the proponent is required to repay the initial
fifty percent (50%) endowment |
08.2 Faculty members with approved research projects shall be deloaded by at
least six (6) units to be alloited for the research. The research could be in-
campus or outside the campus as long necessary authorization papers are |
accomplished
Publication Benefit
08.2.1 Faculty members with accepted research paper for publication
localinational refereed journal shall be given a research incentive of
Php2,000 and Php§,000 for international refereed journal for every paper
accepted. Incase of multiple authors, the research incentive shall be divided
by the number of authors s that they will get an equal share of incentives.
08.2.2 To be eligible for the research incentives, the following shall apply:
