JOINT PETITION
Filed under section 10 A of the Indian Divorce Act 1869
1. The petitioners at all material times were and are Christians and are
governed by Indian Divorce Act 1869.
2. On 26-06-2008 the petitioners are duly and lawfully married together
according to Christian rites and ceremonies at St Marys Church Kallara.
The marriage certificate is also produced here with.

3. Both the petitioners lived together as husband and wife at the 1 st
petitioners house at Kallara. No issues were born out of the wed lock.
4. The petitioners have been living separately from 26th September 2012
onwards.
5. Marriage tie has been irretrievably broken down due to various unavoidable reasons and the petitioners have not been able to live together and
that they have mutually agreed that the marriage should be dissolved.
Several mediators intervened and as there is no chance for reunion the
petitioners finally decided to get separated from the marital life. All the
claims including monitory claims between the parties have been already
settled.
6. There is no collusion or connivance between the petitioners in filing this
petition.
7. The cause of action for this petition has arisen on and after 26th September
2012; the date from which the parties are living separately at Kallara Village
where the petitioners last resided together which is within the jurisdiction
of this Honble Court.
8. There are no other proceedings pending concerning this marriage. If this
petition is not allowed the petitioners will be put to irreparable injury
hardships and loss.
9. Prescribed court fee is also paid.
Therefore it is humbly prayed that a decree of divorce be granted to the
petitioners by dissolution of their marriage.
