Day 1:
Breakfast: 8 bananas
Lunch: 8 bananas.
Dinner: Head of lettuce and 20 dates.
Day 2:
Breakfast: 20 dates and 1 litre coconut water
Lunch: 8 bananas
Dinner: 10 bananas and 1 head lettuce.
Day 3:
Breakfast: 2 Litres of OJ
Lunch: 6 bananas
Dinner: 1 head of lettuce, 10 bananas.
Day 4:
Breakfast: 20 dates.
Lunch: 10 bananas
Dinner: 1 head of lettuce and 10 bananas.
Day 5:
Breakfast: 2 litres OJ.
Lunch: 10 bananas.
Dinner: 10 dates, 5 bananas.
Day 6:
Breakfast: 20 dates.
Lunch: 10 bananas.
Dinner: 1.5 cups uncooked rice, mushroom, carrot, cucumber, spinach, nori wraps.

Day 7:
Breakfast: 10 bananas, 1 litre coconut water.
Lunch: 10 bananas.
Dinner: Potatoes, low sodium pasta sauce, head of lettuce.

Day 8:
Breakfast: 8 bananas.
Lunch: 20 dates, 2 litres water.
Dinner: 250g corn pasta, low sodium tomato sauce.

Day 9:
Breakfast: 2 litres OJ.
Lunch: 375g dried figs.
