Pea de la PM will be located on 2415 W Lincoln Ave, Anaheim, CA 92801.
Pea de
la PM is a place where people can get an authentic Peruvian experience. A pea in Peru is
a place where people gather to enjoy exquisite food as well as a traditional Peruvian show
filled with beautiful music and dances from the coast, highlands, and tropics of Peru.
After the show, the place serves as a nightclub for all the party people who want to get
their moves on. This business will be a partnership. This idea started when my business
partner and I were talking about all the Peruvian restaurants in California that dont have
Peas. Our goal is to give our customer and authentic Peruvian pea experience. My goal
is to bring th Peruvian culture to the United States and to expand the fame of the
delicious Peruvian cuisine and its rich culture. A Pea is a Peruvian tradition, its a place
to party and have fun singing and dancing to Peruvian music, dances, and the inevitable
delicious food. Peas have also caught up with the modern times and they also play
modern dance music for everybody to enjoy, party, and have fun. We will also offer
catering services and we will also rent out the place for private events. Short-term
business plan is to start out with one restaurant in Los Angeles. Long-term plan is to
make this a franchise all around the US and Europe.
The menu will include sections like breakfast, appetizers, seafood, beef, chicken, soups,
vegetarian, and side orders. Full bar/ Tipical Peruvian drinks will also be included.

electronic dance pop music. For the catering services/ and private events, we can host and
cater you events at our restaurant, or we can also come to you! This will be a place that
the competition will be scared of because our place is not just a restaurant; its a pea and
club where you can come have tons of fun besides the dining experience. We might also
develop karaoke nights, and dinner theatre to invite more people to our business.
Targeted customers are Peruvian people in its majority at first. However, this club
welcomes people from all cultures all over the world. Peruvian cuisine is already famous
worldwide and adding more traditions and lots of fun will only make it more irresistible
to come to our place. Pea de la PM will be marketed in newspapers, magazines, and tv
spots. Peruvian restaurants around the area are: Peru Peru Grill, Aji Limon, Aires del
Peru, Marios Peruvian restaurant, El Rocoto, Casa Inka, Inka Grill, and others. The
difference between all of these restaurants and ours is that we offer shows every
weekend. We offer the full Peruvian experience in one place. We also work with the top-
notch musicians, singers, dancers, and performers in California. At our restaurant we will
be hiring a chef and assistants, servers, hostess, maintenance people, and an
administrator. When it comes to the shows we will hire a dance company that resides in
LA, and we will also be hiring top-notch musicians and DJs for the shows. The

Start up capital: I will need approximately 150,000 200,000 dollars to start this
business. This will include the start of the lease, kitchen needs, liquor license, remodeling
the place, hiring employees, buying necessary equipment for shows, etc. The start cost is
high but we should be able to start making profits after 6 months from the opening.
