Step 1: Apply the datafix to delete the transaction from MTL_Material_Transactions_Temp

Step 2: Select the line which needs to be pick released and Launch pick release

Step 3: Apply the datafix to remove Mark id locks from MTL_Serial_numbers that in in turn would
allow the serial number of the item to be transacted further.
Step 4: Perform the transact move order by doing manual allocation
Step 5: Progress the SO further.
