NORTH PACIFIC SEAFOODS, INC. ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT AND CHIEF
OPERATING OFFICER, DAVE HAMBLETON
Seattle, WA, November 21, 2017: North Pacific Seafoods, Inc. (NPSI), a seafood
processing company with seven shore-based plants in Alaska, has announced that Dave
Hambleton will join the company as the new President and Chief Operating Officer (COO)
effective November 27, filling the role being vacated by John Garner who is retiring.

Hambleton has a long career in the Alaska seafood business, beginning right out of
college in Akutan, Alaska working for Trident Seafoods. Over the course of his career with
Trident and Silver Bay Seafoods, Hambleton has been responsible for the production of
hundreds of millions of pounds of Alaska seafood. This includes overseeing the production of
pollock, cod, Bering Sea crab, salmon, herring, halibut, black cod and other species. His vast
experience will be a welcome addition to the NPSI team.

As President and COO, Hambleton will be responsible for operations, sales,


environmental compliance, human resources, and safety.

John Garner, retiring President & COO of NPSI, says, Daves experience and industry
knowledge will be great assets to the ongoing success of North Pacific Seafoods. We look
forward to strengthening and expanding our seafood operations in Alaska with his involvement
and leadership.
