JOINT AFFIDAVIT
OF TWO (2) DISINTERESTED PERSONS

That WE, JESSIE OLAMAN CAPION AND BALDO EMBA OLAMAN, both
of legal ages, Filipino citizens, married, residents of Mabini Malalag, Davao del Sur,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and
say;

That we are the same and identical people who cause the execution of this
instrument;

That we have personal knowledge in the person of VICENTE BANDULA and


his Heirs namely MANING BANDULA and PATRICIO M. BANDULA of Mabini,
Malalag, Davao del Sur;

That we likewise know that since 1974, VICENTE BANDULA, together with his
heirs are the owners, lawful possessors and actual occupants over that property described
as “A parcel of agricultural land identified as Lot No. 224-D, CSD-11003384-D
containing an area of Twenty Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Four (20,374)
Square meters, located at Mabini, Malalag, Davao del Sur, embraced and covered
with Tax Tax declaration No. ____________

That we also know that VICENTE BANDULA had already claimed rights and
ownership over the abovementioned property as evidenced by a Survey Authority for
patent application;

That we are not in manner related to the said VICENTE BANDULA nor to his
parents either by affinity nor by consanguinity but we are interested in the outcome of
execution hereof;

the foregoing statements.
