GRADE 4 PRE-TEST
20were under FRUSTRATION LEVEL; For Independent Level, there was
17 were under INSTRUCTIONAL LEVEL; 32.56% level of increase.
29were under INDEPENDENT LEVEL.
For Instructional Level, there was
