DEMAND
It is very essential to know the demand of our products in order to answer
our customer needs and wants. Knowing the demand will help us to determine
the trend for our products. Analyzing the demand thoroughly will give the
projection of the total number of quantity of each product that we are going to
produce daily, weekly, monthly and annually.

Table 5 indicates the projected demand of the product in Brgy. San Juan.
The data were derived from the survey and the projected population given by the
Philippine Statistic Authority in the Municipality of Taytay.
From that context, the researchers came up with the above figures
indicated in Table 5. This figure encompasses that there is a growth in the
demand of the product, annually. Thus, What the Fries is feasible in Brgy. San
Juan, Taytay, Rizal. After considering the product nature and its alternatives.
SUPPLY
Supply is an important economics concept which includes the total amount of a
specific good service that is available to consumers.
Upon analyzing the target area, there are some nearby stores selling fries within
the location. Thus, this proposed business has diverse competitors in the line of
business. However, this trade will offer different new flavors of fries and the researchers
recognize this as advantage to enter the market with the higher demand for an existing
product but without an available supply.
To determine the projected supply, the proponents compared the supply demand
and consider the Law of Supply and Demand. The higher the demand the lower the
supply would be.

The figure indicates that due to the increase of demand the supply also
increase. Thus, expansion is necessary within or after the first five years of the
business. By that time, higher demand and lower supply is much expected due to
the willingness to buy of the target market and the product acceptance. This is also
based on the maximum production capacity per day is 80-100 pcs. for the first year
and will be increased by 11% annually.

Demand Supply
Graph 2 shows the comparison of the demand and supply of the product. As
expected, the higher the demand, the lower the supply becomes. It is an indication that
the business is growing and possible expansion will emanate as the business
continues. By that time, a wide supply geographical resources and location expansion
will be needed to accommodate the consumers of the product.

product within 5 years. It was found that the business supply increases based on the
population growth of Brgy. San Juan.
