REJOINDER-AFFIDAVIT

I, ALICIA SABACAJAN, of legal age Filipino, and with

residence and postal address at B1 L43 Cattleya St. Camella

East San Nicolas 2 Bacoor City, Cavite, after having been duly

sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby state under oath,

that:

1. As respondents in the instant case, I have been in receipt

of the Reply dated 29 October 2019 on 30 October 2019.

2. I deny the allegations under paragraph 1 of the Reply

that “the counter affidavit has no attachment in support

thereof”. In truth and in fact, I have evidence to support the

allegations in my counter-affidavit such as the Deed of Absolute


Sale executed between me and the Complainant, Deposit Slip

and Special Power of Attorney executed by the Complainant.

3. I specifically deny the allegations in paragraph 2 of the

Reply, the fact being that as the new owner of the real property

subject of this case by virtue of the Deed of Absolute Sale, I can

dispose the said property without the consent of the

Complainant.

4. I deny the allegations in paragraph 3 of the Reply, the

fact being that the sale between me and the Complainant was

absolute and without any condition. I have fully paid the amount

of the property disproving the allegation in the Breach of

Contract Case filed by the Complainant.

5. I deny the allegations in paragraph 4 of the Reply, the

fact being that the Complainant never presented evidence from

handwriting expert that will prove that their signature was

indeed falsified. Furthermore, the Complainant and her husband

appeared and signed the deed of sale before the notary public.

7. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of our

foregoing statements, in support of my Counter Affidavit and to

rebut the allegations against us in the Complaint and Reply.
