KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;
That WE;
MARY ANN DEL PRADO-KWEK, of legal age, Filipino, married to Antonio Kwek
with residence and postal address at 293 Sta. TereseitaVill., Tisa, Cebu City;
NESTOR DEL PRADO, of legal age, Filipino, single and with residence and postal
address at Brgy. Campangga, Barili, Cebu;
ADELINE DEL PRADO-RADAZA, of legal age, Filipino, widow and with residence
and postal address at 293 Sta. TereseitaVill., Tisa, Cebu City and;
MARISOL DEL PRADO-CABIGAS, of legal age, Filipino, married to Alejandro
Cabigas with residence and postal address at Dona Rita Vill., Banilad, Cebu City, hereinafter
collectively referred to as the TRANSFEROR;

VIRGILIO P. DEL PRADO of legal age, Filipino married to MARY ANNE RICARDO
with residential and postal address at 297-Sikatuna Street, Brgy. Zapatera, Cebu City,
hereinafter referred to as the TRANSFEREE.
1. The TRANSFEROR is no longer interested over the parcel of land, situated in Brgy.
Azucena Municipality of Barili, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-93873 and
registered in the name of MARY ANN DEL PRADO-KWEK MARRIED TO ANTONIO
KWEK, NESTOR DEL PRADO, SINGLE, ADELINE DEL PRADO-RADAZA MARRIED
TO DELFIN RADAZA, MARISOL DEL PRADO-CABIGAS MARRIED TO ALEJANDRO
CABIGAS AND VIRGILIO DEL PRADO MARRIED TO MARY ANN RICARDO,
containing an area of ONE THOUSAND THEREE HUNDRED AND FORTY-EIGHT
(1,348) square meters, more or less particularly described as follows:
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. T-93873-
“A parcel of land (Lot No. 7308 of the Cadastral Survey of
Barili with all the improvements thereon, situated in the
Municipality of Barili, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND
THEREE HUNDRED AND FORTY-EIGHT (1,348) square
meters, more or less.
Owner: MARY ANN DEL PRADO-KWEK MARRIED TO
ANTONIO KWEK, NESTOR DEL PRADO, SINGLE, ADELINE
DEL PRADO-RADAZA MARRIED TO DELFIN RADAZA,
MARISOL DEL PRADO-CABIGAS MARRIED TO
ALEJANDRO CABIGAS AND VIRGILIO DEL PRADO
MARRIED TO MARY ANNE RICARDO...”
2. The TRANSFEROR hereby voluntarily waive our rights and interests over the above-
described parcel of land, for an act of love, liberality and generosity;
3. The TRANSFEROR freely GIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, our rights and interests
over the above-cited parcel of land in favour to our co-owner brother VIRGILIO P. DEL

PRADO MARRIED TO MARY ANNE RICARDO, Filipino and with residence and
postal address 297-Sikatuna Street, Brgy. Zapatera, Cebu City.
4. The above-named TRANSFEREE, hereby accept and receive this waiver made in his
favour, and he expresses appreciation and gratefulness for the love, kindness and
generosity of the transferor;
5. We, TRANSFEROR and TRANSFEREE hereby affirm that we have voluntarily
executed this instrument out of our own free will, without force, intimidation or
violence from any person present at the time of execution of this presents, nor anything
which somehow may vitiate our individual consent;
6. The TRANSFEROR, have no more claim or demand against each other regarding the
said property;
7. The TRANSFEROR, including the TRANSFEREE herein, are executing this affidavit
with full knowledge of the consequences thereof, and for any legal purpose this affidavit
may serve.
Principals further sayeth naught.
