The Grand Arch and Towers (Single towers and mid rise) protecting the Grand Arch ‐There is a story to
this! Special echo‐sculpture
• Over 100 meters apart… does not look into others window
• Great view, Twisted the bldg. angled vista is very long.
• Apartments with Southern aspect can see the Aravali Hills from the Balcony. (above 3rd Foor)
• Location of Grand Arch is in Sec 58, Golf Course Road… extension. (see map in Brochure)
• Delhi Metro being built. Delhi Metro extension – see map on Brochure. Another Metro line being
studied routed along Golf Course Road.
• Signal less connectivity from NH8 to the site location on the Golf course road, proposed.
• Sector Roads, work already tendered for the sector 58, 61, 60, 66, 67. Construction work will start in
3 months expected to be completed in 18‐ 24months.
• SPR, Faridabad, Delhi road tendered expected to be ready in 2 yrs.
• As per plan Delhi Metro would be coming to Southern Periphery Road.
• Bus service being considered from the township. To ply between the township to Gurgaon town
centre, metro station, subject to evaluation and likely to occur.
Time Frame for Grand Arch……. 36 months from the building plan approvals to hand over property.
Inside the apartment:
• Floor to ceiling glass, double glazing on the Front sun facing and single glazing on the rear portion of
the aparts. (refer to heat load chart in brochure)
• There is wrap around glass for many units in the towers.
• Ceiling height 10 ft in many rooms (not in kitchens, bathrooms etc)
• Kitchens and the bathrooms would be complete with units not some including electrical. (refer to
Specification)
• Walk in wardrobes (check with specification)
• Only Ground Floor! Lift lobby and Lift car is air conditioned in the Grand Arch only. Others with fan.

Its energy saving expected to be 30% while on laboratory environment its 50%. (Refer to specification

Along with the double glazing the energy efficient goes up to approximately 60%. It is load reduction.
Upgrading split to VRV 2.5 lacs. extra. Payback period is 18 months – 2 yrs.
