SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, VICENTE T. BONOT., of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residence and
postal address at Calabanga, Camarines Sur, by virtue of these presents, do hereby
constitute, nominate and appoint anyone or all of the following: VINCENT AUNISIN,
of legal age, Filipino, single and with residence and postal address at Bagumbayan St.,
Naga City, and ATTY. LEO ARCHIVAL I. IMPERIAL, of legal age, Filipino, single, and
with residence and postal address at Cararayan, Naga City, to be my true and legal
representative/s to act for and in my name and stead and to do and perform the
following acts and things to wit:
1. To file a petition and all other appropriate actions on my behalf for the judicial
reconstitution and/or reissuance of land titles covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title (TCT) No. 4328, located at San Isidro, Tinambac, Camarines Sur, registered
under my name;
2. To sign and execute the proper complaint, petition, answer, comment, affidavit
including Verification and Certification of Non-Forum Shopping related to the
filing of every pleading, petition, memorandum, motion or position paper before
any court of law or government agencies, as well as to sign and interpose
appeal, petition for certiorari or appeal memorandum whenever necessary;
3. To enter into compromise agreement and/or amicable settlement in my name
and stead, attend pre-trial conference and perform all the provisions mandated
under Rule 18 of 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure or any other appropriate rules
and laws, in connection with and related to my aforesaid action/s brought or to
be filed for or against me concerning the same subject matter, with full authority
to delegate this power to another person or attorney who will attend to the case;
4. To designate, hire and/or appoint attorney-at-law to protect my rights and
interests related to his power stated herein;
5. To sign, execute, receive and/or deliver contracts and agreements, other papers
and/or money to effect with his power stated in this authorization pertinent to
the above described authority;
6. To secure documents and other necessary papers from pertinent national
government agencies, bureaus, local government units and other appropriate
offices necessary for the filing, hearing and adjudication of the concerned
petition as well as the authority and all other necessary actions to effect the
same;
7. To incur expenses and secure the services of counsel, engineers and such other
professionals of his/their choice as the need arises; and
8. To represent me in any judicial or quasi-judicial proceedings involving the
reissuance/reconstitution of the land titles of the above-mentioned parcels of
land, to enter into amicable settlement, to submit to alternative modes of dispute
resolution and to make admissions or stipulations of facts and documents in my
favor without further consultation from me.
I hereby grant my representatives full power and authority to execute and
perform all acts necessary to render effective the power to compromise as though I
myself have so performed it and hereby all that he may do by virtue of these presents.
