reaction will be made by pressing and clicking the
emoji in the file.
Contacted School Heads of the private schools on
the report the planning office is requiring them.

with the school’s security guard to check intruders
who used some parts of the school site for their
personal benefit.

templates sent by the division.

in turn they can suggest for the improvement of

May 14, 2020 the preparation of adjusted AIP, MDP, PPMP in
line with the implementation to fight against
COVID 19
Discussed with the District nurse on the
precautionary measures with the issue on the
patient admitted in the local hospital who was
tested positive in the Rapid Test and such
discussion were transmitted to all School Heads
and teachers.
Prepared Purchase Request for 4 TV sets as
instructed by the SDS.

Coordinated with the school Heads on number of
personnel and learners in the school needed by
some private persons in their project on donations
of PPEs.
Coordinated again the Local Government Unit on
the decision of DepEd officials that schools will
only be used as quarantine areas until May 31,
2020.
Prepared some plans on possible teleconferencing
for next week.
Informed School Heads on the preparation of
Supervisory Plans as well as to download the
2020-2021 School Calendar and guidelines and
the enclosures.
Checked and signed documents of ALS
implementers for SHA claims.
Submitted Purchase Request for TV sets with
funds from MOOE supplemental.

May 26,2020 Barobo 2 with the presence of Barobo Central
School Principal on the issue of Turn-over of
Property and submission of clearance for the two
master teachers of Barobo Central Elementary
School who were instructed by such SDI to report
to their district.
Assigned Individual Tasks to the District Planning
Officer, District ICT Coordinator and ADAS on the
needed reports for the week and appearances and
or participation of the PSDS and concerned
personnel as required by the higher ups.
Entertained a Master Teacher and a Head Teacher
on their individual concern.
Discussed with the Assistant School Head on her
roles considering that her School Head is already a
senior citizen.
OUTPUT: Agreement between the PSDS and the
SDI on the submission of clearance and turn-over
certificates of the two master teachers who
reported at Barobo 2 District.
Wednesday On-Site Informed people in the field on their participation
May 27, 2020 to the scheduled teleconference: Enrolment
Guidelines and on IPCRF Data Collection.
Discussed with Barobo Central School Principal
on issue of non- official release of information by
the SDI of Barobo 2 on her gesture of welcoming
another Master Teacher through a chat without
any legal document that reflects order from the
Superintendent’s office.
Has instructed the District Planning Officer to
require those Schools Heads with order for
transfer to submit the required documents to
prove that they are cleared in their previous
station.
Discussed with a School Head on the enrolment
survey in which a certain teaching and learning
modality is suggested.

Prepared ahead a District Memo to call for a


meeting once a division Memo reflecting the new
composition of schools in Barobo Districts will be
released.

learning modalities to be applied for continuity of
