DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is entered into by and among:


SPOUSES____________________________________, of both of legal age, Filipinos, presently
residing at Brgy. Calansayan, San Jose, Batangas, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDORS;

-and-

____________________________________, single, of legal age, Filipino, and with permanent


residence at Sitio Puyo, Sta. Clara, Batangas City, Batangas, Philippines, and

___________________________________, single, of legal age, Filipino and with permanent


residence at Cebu City, Cebu, hereinafter referred to as VENDEES,

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDORS are the registered/declared owners of a parcel of land, covered by
Tax Declaration No. , hereto attached as Annex “A” and made an integral part hereof;

That the VENDORS desire to sell a portion (Lot 1-L of the Sketch Plan) of the said
parcel of land, consisting of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY SQUARE METERS (250sqm) and the
VENDEES agrees to buy the same;

That for and in consideration of the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(Php300,000.00), whereof is hereby acknowledged, the VENDOR hereby sell, transfer, and
convey unto me the VENDEES, his heirs and assigns, free of all liens and encumbrances or
claims whatsoever, the subject parcels of land.

That it is further declared that the real property above described is free from all liens and
encumbrances or claims and the VENDOR shall defend its ownership from any and all claims
whatsoever.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 3rd day of August,
2020 in the City of Batangas, Batangas.

BEFORE ME, appeared the above stated parties showing their identification documents

acknowledgement is written, with every page thereof duly signed by the parties including their
instrumental witnesses, at the left margin thereof and seal with notarial seal, refers to a Deed of
Absolute Sale.
