zero breakdowns and zero waste by using a series o Quality Maintenance
of TPM tools and developing workforce skills. With o Development Management through
objectives to understand TPM premises, pillars and Standard Work and One Point Lessons
the tools & techniques, to understand the concepts o Safety, Health and Environment
of TPM pillars, to know the method of developing o Zero accident, Zero Health damage, Zero
the foundation for TPM pillars, to know the system fires introduction
of building the steps in each pillar, to understand o Office TPM
roles & responsibilities of employees at various  Sixteen Major Losses
levels in building sustainable TPM system and to  OEE Measures and calculation
understand the methods to develop a monitoring  JIPM Certification norms and TPM Master Plan
system based on the TPM Master Plan.  End of course
