Dear Dir. Gorgolon,

Greetings!

This is in relation to the construction of the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring


Facilities (TTMF) being built all around Northern Mindanao funded by BAYANIHAN II. The
said construction has a contract duration of 150 calendar days per facility. Thus, having the
contract expiry set on July 25, 2021.

With this, we would like to humbly request for a reconsideration of an extension on the
disbursement of the said projects as it was stated in RA No. 11494 that requires this office to
disburse the funds on or before June 30, 2021. Our contracts cannot cater the stated
deadline, specially the Misamis Oriental TTMF as it has not yet started due to 1.) Lot
Availabilty; and 2.) Political Intervention.

Attached herewith are the progress reports from the on-going construction of the six (6)
facilities related to this matter.

Hoping that the above request be given consideration and approval.
