Sonali Bank Bhabhan, Motijheel Commercial Area, Dhaka 1000, which took over the
assets and liabilities of Sonali Bank Limited successor of Sonali Bank a Banking company
incorporated under the Banks Nationalization Order (President order No. 76 of 1972)
which also successor of National Bank of Pakistan in Bangladesh incorporated under
National Bank Pakistan Ordinance 1949 and Former Premier Bank Ltd, and Bank of
Bahawalpur Ltd.
Incorporated under the Companies Act 1913 within the terority of Bangladesh hereinafter
referred to as the Bank on 3rd part.

sustained or incurred by or made against the Bank by reason of the bank making payment
as aforesaid.
NOW THIS BOND OF INDEMNITY WITNESSES THAT in pursuance of aforesaid
agreement and in consideration of the Bank for payment of the sum of

principal party and the sureties hereby bind themselves jointly and severally at all times to

consequences which may sustain , secure or be liable by reasons of the Bank making the
above said payment provided further all receipts,vouchers,accounts, entries in books of
account and other evidence of payment of such losses,liabilities,damges,cost,charges and
expenses incurred by the Bank shall be conclusive evidence against the principal party and
the sureties of fact and extent of the liability of the Principal party and the sureties to the
Bank and the principal party and the sureties undertake jointly and severally to pay and
discharge on demand all such liabilities.
