Personal development is a lifelong process. It is a way for people to assess their skills
and qualities, consider their aims in life and set goals in order to realise and maximise their
potential. This project will help the children to identify the skills they need to set life goals
which can enhance their employability prospects, raise their confidence, and lead to a more
fulfilling, higher quality life. Plan to make relevant, positive and effective life choices and
decisions for their future to enable personal empowerment .

XI. Objectives
 To improve the social interaction of the children.
 To give knowledge to children group on how they can manage their everyday
living.
 To help children to discover their hidden talents, skills and abilities.
 To give knowledge to children group about Personal Development.
 To reduce ozone levels
 To improve air quality by filtering harmful dust and pollutant.

XII. Description of the Project, Strategies and Methods / Plan of Action

This project is proposed to help the children to be self-aware and to discover their
hidden talents, skills and abilities. This project also proposed to educate the children about
proper hygiene and sanitation while developing their selves. Also, people must provide
solutions to any environmental problems of this community and inculcate in their minds to
love, care, and nature our environment. To make a research regarding places with minimum
number of trees and other greens and plants because plants are the greatest contributors of
oxygen and having a lack of plants may lead to negative outcome of our environment.

Plan of Action

 I need to have visualization for them to easily understand what we are trying to
say. And, for us to teach them properly and to sight some examples that we can
flash on the screen so that they can visualize it.
 Cooperation is the thing that they need, and they need to have in a group. And that
is also what we are going to teach to them. On how they are going to socialize to
other people so that they could cooperate in any cases.
 When the seminar started, and after the speaker or the educator shares their
knowledge about the topic. Anyone from the group could ask a question if there is
something that is not clear on them and for our feedback, we are going to answer
those questions that they are asking.
 I am going to make sure that this seminar would be fun and engaging to motivate
and inspire the children. Because if we made it, I think they will trust us and
follow what we have taught.

XIV. Functional Relationships with the Collaborating Agencies / Duties /

Responsibilities of Agencies Involved
 I, NSTP student, will comply with the objectives of this project and will be
implementing and facilitating the said project.
 Mrs. Baby Lileth Rosales, our NSTP Instructor, will guide us in implementing this
kind of project and also help us to know the requirements needed to be able to have
consent to conduct this kind of project.
 The National Service Training Program Office promotes welfare through
volunteerism and motivates students to actively involve themselves in community
development and social entrepreneurship. The duties and responsibilities assigned are
academic, supervision over the design, formulation, adoption and implementation of
program of instruction of NSTP Components and to support the University’s
involvement in socio-civic and community affairs.
 The Barangay Talahiban 1.0 will help us attain our objectives in this project and
give the consent to implement it to their students. We will gain much experience and
valuable lesson through this project.

XV. Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanics

Mrs. Baby Lileth Rosales, our NSTP Instructor, will monitor the activities that we
will perform during Saturday. He and the project leader will ensure the participation
of all the members and check our safety outside the campus.

XVI. Plans for ensuring the Sustainability of the Project

To ensure the sustainability of the project we will use “Public Recognition” because
if other people will know what we are doing, other people will recognize them and maybe
extend help for the children. People will not be afraid to them anymore because they know
how to respect and to act fine.
