T - Thermanit MTS 4 - Se - en - 5

This document summarizes the Thermanit MTS 4 stick electrode, a high temperature resistant, low-alloyed basic welding electrode. It is suitable for surfacing and joining similar high chromium steels up to 550°C. The electrode can weld several high chromium steel grades and produces a martensitic weld metal suitable for quenching and tempering. Post weld heat treatment including stress relieving, cooling, and tempering is recommended for larger welds.
