Processing Questions:
1. Identify the emotion where you had more productive behaviors. Which
emotion did you have more destructive behaviors?
- When I'm happy, I'm more productive, whereas being happy makes me feel great.
It increases my productivity, which leads to more success. It can quickly show me
which habits are valuable to me, allowing me to recognize that they can genuinely
help me express my feelings.
- Being afraid and angry is what I have more destructive behaviour. Through I was
able to identify this emotions and will be handle and let it in control by myself.
2. Are you more likely to have positive emotions or negative emotions?
Explain your answer.
- As for me, it depends on the situation, but as long as each day goes well, I am
more likely to express positive emotions. If I'm alone and have too many problems,
I'll encounter negative emotions. When I'm alone, I like to watch YouTube videos,
play tiktok, scroll, and play video games. And when I'm around my friends and other
people, I just enjoy myself and forget about the negative thoughts. Positive
emotions, on the other hand, will assist me in achieving my objectives and becoming
the person I desire.
3. How do your emotions influence your sense of self?
- Through this manner, I will be able to know myself more and what emotions
should I handle the most. These attitudes gave impact to my daily basis , especially
when I am challenged with a variety of situations in my life. I can show how to react
to specific things by expressing it. It will evaluate my ability to persevere through
the obstacles and challenges that I will experience on my way to accomplishing my
ultimate goals.
