Advantages:
 Computer has making human life faster because of its incredible speed,
Accuracy and storage, with which human can save anything and search it out
easily when needed. We can say computer a versatile machine because it is
very flexible in performing their jobs.
 We can send – email faster across universe which maintain a good
relationship
 Online tutoring
 Helpful games gives mind relaxation
 We can know everything which is happening in the world
 It helps to improve our knowledge
Disadvantages:
 It is not good to our eyesight
 It spoils kids by taking out them from studies
 It gives more laziness to the people
 It is also responsible for viral diseases
 It releases harmful radiation which is harmful to us etc.
 By using computer for a long time, your blood circulation can become poor
due less physical activities.

Solution:
By using computer we need to maintain good posture when we work at the
keyboard. We need to adjust our seats so that our elbows and knees are bent at 90 degrees.
We need to make sure that the lighting of the room is moderate so that it helps the eyes.
Finally and the most important thing: Take small breaks of one or two minutes every 15 to 20
minutes and move around so that your body and eyes will rest. So this things is the solutions
to prevent those disadvantages.
