Preface of the project:
Our current generation faces a lot of problems with their skin
which may be due to change in climatic conditions, increased
work pressure, emotional trauma, poor skincare, genetic
issues, etc. Therefore, providing the best medical facilities to
people suffering from these various issues is required. Staying
organized while going to a hospital can be difficult sometimes.
It is necessary for the hospitals/clinics to keep track of its day-
to-day activities and records of patients, doctors, nurses,
workers in order to ensure that the hospital runs smoothly and
successfully. But keeping track of all activities and records on
paper is very cumbersome and error prone. It is also inefficient
and time consuming. As the number of people visiting the clinic
increases, recording and maintaining all these records is highly
unreliable. It is also not economically and technically feasible to
maintain these records on paper. This is where our program
comes in. Our main aim is to help provide a stress-free and
organized visit, ensuring you have the best time at your visit to
our clinic!
Introduction to project:
Hospital management system is a computer system that helps
manage the information related to health care and aids in the
job completion of health care providers effectively. They
manage data related to all departments of healthcare such as,
inpatient, outpatient, financial, pharmaceutical, doctor info,
appointments, etc.
The main aim of our project is to organize all the records in a
way that is easily accessible to both the patients as well as the
staff. Our program also includes easy deletion and a feature to
update information ensuring that the records are up to date.
This elaborate system makes it easier and less complicated. It
provides better patient care, regular status updates ,easy
financial methods, and improves transparency between
patients and doctors, which makes it helpful to solve numerous
issues.

Enhancement & Scope:
Will be provided with an option of audio or video call instead of
physical appointments due to the COVID-19 situation.
Improvised organizational efficiency is provided with a strong
focus on meeting the patients need.
Will be developing an app or website
Ordering medicines from the prescription
Constrictions:
Children below 18 will be needing their parents/guardians
for consultation and payment process.

phone no., name of doc following the case, issue of
concern, since when are you experiencing the issue,
any known allergies, skin type, under any medications,
special procedures, prescription)

Taking into account all the mentioned details, we can make the
conclusion that the hospital management system is the
inevitable part of the lifecycle of the modern medical institution.
It automates numerous daily operations and enables smooth
interactions of the users. Developing the hospital system
software is a great opportunity to create the distinct, efficient
and fast delivering healthcare model. Implementation of
hospital management system project helps to store all the kinds
of records, provide coordination and user communication,
implement policies, improve day-to-day operations, arrange the
supply chain, manage financial and human resources, and
market hospital services. This beneficial decision covers the
needs of the patients, staff and hospital authorities and
simplifies their interactions. It has become the usual approach
to manage the hospital. Many clinics have already experienced
its advantages and continue developing new hospital
management system project modules.
