The Colour of God (Poem)

The document discusses different people arguing about what color God is, with a black man saying God must be black, a green man saying God is green, a red man saying God is red, and a blue man saying God is blue. A rose laughs at their arguments and points out that God is not any one color but is actually all colors, as evidenced by the rainbow being a representation of all the colors together.

THE COLOUR OF GOD

Who ever painted God white

He must be black ,says the black man

Of course not ! He's got to be green

quipped the green man

But that cannot be ,

He must be red, assured the red one

How wrong you all are,He sure is blue

Vows the blue one

How silly man is

Laugh the Rose

Why should he be white or black

or green or blue or even red?

Of course ! He is all these and more

Can't you see

He is even rose and emerald

Yeah damask and acquamarine

If you doubt me ask the rainbow
