The nursing care plan aims to help a family make appropriate decisions about family size and planning. Through family visits, health teachings, and discussions, the nurse will help the family recognize issues with their current situation, educate them on family planning methods, and support them in choosing the best option given their resources. The family will learn to make informed decisions and feel empowered to control their family size responsibly. Progress will be evaluated through family participation and knowledge gained. The overall goal is for the family to achieve a state of health through proper family planning.
