ANNEX A

AUTHORITY TO REIMBURSE

According to the Administrative Order 19 series of 2019 or the Guidelines on Allocations


for DSWD Personnel for Mobile Communications and Data Services,
__________________ and ______________have been granted authorization to
reimburse mobile communications and data services under Mode B – Monthly
Reimbursement for Individual Post Plan pursuant to the AO 19 series of 2019 or the
Guidelines on Allocations for DSWD Personnel for Mobile Communications and Data
Services. The aforementioned employee's monthly ceiling is limited to Php 900 .

This authority is being issued in order to provide support for the reimbursement
request..
