Fund-raising or Charity Events: This rate applies only to bona fide public fund-raising performing arts events. The purpose of collection is to raise funds for a registered charitable organisation recognised
by Commissioner of Charities (COC). Applicant must represent a registered business, company, society or organisation that is promoting the collection.
Approval letter, License, Collectors Certificate of Authorisation from Singapore Police Force (SPF) Licensing Division and/or National Council of Social Service (NCSS) must be submitted.
Private rental rate will apply for all other types of fund-raising events.
Private Hire: This rate applies to all by invitation only or non-art events such as seminars, motivational talks, conferences, product launches, lectures, cocktail receptions etc.
This rate is also applicable to all student recitals presented by private schools or teachers.
+ Additional hour does not include ushers.
All venue hire requests are subject to curation and the management’s decision on the classification of the event is final.
Performance/Event Package includes:
Ushers: Up to 4 to perform basic ushering services only (such as tickets scanning, emergency evacuation).The number of ushers
deployed will be dependent on event requirements and at Esplanade’s discretion. Additional ushers for non-basic services
(e.g. merchandise sales, manning of ticket collection counter) will be chargeable at the published rates.
Amenities: Dressing rooms/offices; lighting, sound and staging equipment (as listed in the venue technical specifications); basic security;
basic housekeeping; use of green room; local phone calls; Wi-Fi internet access; access to services provided by our technical
and wardrobe workshop/maintenance facilities.
