- I see that this position requires someone who has the ability to multi-task, flexible and can work under
pressure and is committed for continuous learning. I am hoping for the opportunity to exhibit such skills.
I also want to improve my skills and gain additional learning as an audit staff. Along with growing
professionally, I'd like to see that your company offers a variety of learning opportunities and I want to

- I am part of a youth org. called Companion in the heart of Jesus and Mary and I was a servant leader. In
2018, a week before holy week. My servant council informed me that she would be late, she would
arrive on holy friday so it means I'll be the one who would solely lead my team and it was my first time.
Fortunately, I experienced to be a member before I became a servant leader however, I was a member
from a different team. I was so anxious that I might fail. So what I did. I double check all our checklist
task and I collaborate with other team to confirm if we already had all the materials needed for that
event. Also, another problem arised was when the priest we contacted suddenly decline to come due to
duties assigned to him by his superior so I asked him if he had someone he can refer to then I'll contact
that priest and sent an email to his congregation. During event, I corroborate with the priest if we had a
right flow of response for the mass. I even created a schedule B for the prayer warriors lest of the
person in charge was not available. Also, I always check my team and ask if they needed a help or if they
had inquiries regarding to their designated task.
If you could change anything about your past, what would it be?
- Nothing because the past is reason of what I am and who I am. Every failure, mistakes, drawbacks,
happiness and success are the reason why I am here today taking my final interview and answering your
questions.

- Since I’ve never been held such a position before, it is my mission to understand the job and be
successful at it. I need to give my 100% even during training and never hesitate to ask questions if I have
any, and seek for an advice or tips that could help me in my job.

- If I received an unfair criticism. I'll be open minded and, where possible, I'll be willing to own up to a
mistakes. Apologize, then I'll try not to dwell too much on it. Instead, I'll take any positives from it as I
can, and then move on.

- is the total amount of money you make each year before deductions are taken out of your pay.
