Combating the pandemic times
Indescribable.
I attempted to compress into a single word this pandemic that made its way into our young lives and
wreaked havoc upon its wake. Through the lens of the young, I wonder how it feels to see the world
somehow fall apart through our very own eyes, seeing most of humanity struggling to fight back with this
unseen threat. At such a young and crucial point in our lives, we are experiencing a global crisis not just
on health, but also on many aspects of our society that the extent of its damaging repercussions might be
too complex and complicated for us to digest.
It is for our own good and for the greater good that we stay in our homes. We could help our nation stand
up and fight, for our health workers at the frontlines in this battle. They, who became our new world
heroes. We also acknowledge our low-skilled workers who play a significant role in combatting the
pandemic. Let us stay safe, well-informed and positive as we fight hand in hand. We will get through this
crisis together and we will be multiple steps closer towards a new world with a healed humankind.
With a brave heart amidst the uncertainties of the future, let us hold on to each other .

Kahirapan sa Pilipinas
Ito ang isa sa mga problema ng ating bansa na hanggang ngayon
ay hindi parin masolusyonan, at lubos na dapat bigyan pansin ang
ganitong problema at hanapin ang mga salik kung bakit ganito ang
sitwasyon ng Pilipinas
Sanhi sa Kahirapan
Isa na sa mga kontribyutor ng kahirapan ay ang mismong
gobyerno natin dahil kung hindi man corrupt ay walang planong
resolbahan ang ganitong problema dahil halos kalahati ng
populasyon ng Pilipinas ay mahihirap at nasa 11 million na
pamilya ang kabilang sa kahirapan. Malaking bagay ito dahil isa
tayo sa mga third world countries dito sa mundo, at mahirap
umasenso ang bansang katulad ng Pilipinas
Epekto ng kahirapan sa kabataan
Ang kahirapan na ating nararanasan ay nagdudulot ng masamang
epekto sa atin lalong-lalo na sa mga kabataan. Ang iba sa kanila’y
hindi na nakapag-aaral sapagkat wala na silang pera
pangmatrikula. Ang iba naman ay nagtatrabaho na kahit bata pa
lamang sila. Nagigig kawawa ang mga ito dahil imbis na sa
eskwelahan at papel at ballpen ang hawak, sampaguita at sa
lansangan sila. Malaking epekto ang ibinibigay nito pag dating sa
kabataan at maaaring tumagal sa pag asenso ang ating bansa kung
ang nakakaranas ng gamitong problema ay halos mga kabataan.
Napakaraming problema ang naidudulot nito lalong-lalo na sa
mga kabataan pa man din na ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan .
Paano pa tayo aasa sa mga bata kung sila mismo ay hindi
nakapag-aral.
Maaring Solusyon
Ang tanging solusyon nalang ng ating bansa para dito ay
nagsisimula sa kabataan, dapat iimprove ang systema ng
education ng ating bansa at karamihan sa mga mahihirap ay di
nakapagtapos ng pag aaral. Napakalaking bagay ng education para
umasenso ang bansa kaya dapat bigyan pansin ito ng ating
gobyerno at hanggat sa maaari ay mabawasan ang poverty sa
pilipinas.
SG FARM NG SOUTH COTABATO
Sa sitio glandang, barangay Kablon, Tupi south cotabato
matatagpuan ang tanyag na SG Farm o strawberry guyabano farm.
Lamig at sariwang hangin ang bubungad sa mga torista dito. Tila paraiso
sa ganda ang lugar. Puno’t halaman na kay gandang pag masadan at
masilayan sigaw nila’y luntian!!! Ditto matatagpuan ang kapayapaang
nais ng yung isipan. Sa umaga, mga ulap sayo ay yayakap. Sa pag sinag
ng araw asul at tila karagatan ng kalangitan ang bubungad sayo. Sa
pagsikat naman ng dilim ay dadalhin ka sa makinang na mundo . bituin
ay abot kamay mong malalasap. Bukod sa aliwalas at kay gandang
tanawin, ang mga pagkain din ay nakakatakam. Dito din sa mismong
lugar ay masislayan ang Mt. matutunom na nakakakit din pagmasdan.
Talagang makulay at masaya at nakakarelax ang lugar na ito sa south
cotabato.

Tumbang Preso ay isang laro na kinawiwilihan ng mga batang Pilipino.

Karaniwang nilalaro ang tumbang preso ng lima hanggang sampung bata.
Ang mga bata ay namimili ng taya sa pamamagitan ng maiba-taya.

Kailangan nilang patumbahin ang lata at kunin ang inihagis na tsinelas bago

Ang Paglalaro
- Binibilugan ng mga manlalaro ang palibot ng lata at inilalagay ito sa gitna.
Guguhit din ng manuhan para sa ibang manlalaro. Ang taya ay tatayo sa may
malapit sa lata at ang ibang manlalaro ay pipila sa manuhan na may layong
apat na metro o hanggang saan nila gusto.
- Isa-isang titira ang mga manlalaro ng kanikanilang mga tsinelas. Pag
natamaan ng unang manalalaro ang lata, kailangan niyang kunin ang
kanyang tsinelas at bumalik sa manuhan bago paman mabalik ng taya ang
lata sa puwesto.
- Pag hindi natamaan ng unang manlalaro ang lata ay tatayo siya sa lugar na
kung saan nakalagay ang kanyang tsinelas at maghihintay sa pangalawang
manlalaro na patumbahin ang lata.
- Kung mabilis ang taya at mabalik niya ang lata sa puwesto at maabutan pa
niya ang manlalarong kumukuha ng tsinelas, ang manlalaro na nahuli ay siya
nang taya.
Tinolang Manok - Paano Lutuin At Mga resipe
2 pieces chicken, gumamit ng hita ng manok
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons white onion, hiniwa
1 tablespoon garlic, hiniwa
2 tablespoons ginger, hiniwa pahaba
1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce (patis)
4-5 cups water
1/2 piece chicken bouillon cube
1/2 cup green papaya, hiniwa
1 cup malunggay leaves
salt, ayon sa panlasa
ground black pepper, ayon sa panlasa
How to make Tinolang Manok - Paano Lutuin At Mga Sangkap
Timplahan ang manok ng asin at paminta.
Painitan ang mantika sa katamtamang init at igisa ang sibuyas, bawang at luya. Idagdag ang
manok at bahagyang igisa. Ilagay ang patis at hayaang kumulo.
Lagyan ng sapat na tubig upang lumubog ang manok at pakuluan. Ilagay ang chicken bouillon
cube at ang hilaw na papaya. Haluin.
Hinaan ang apoy at hayaang kumulo sa loob ng 8-10 minuto. Timplahan ng asin at paminta ayon
sa panlasa.
