PERFORMANCE TASK #1

7 Days Experiment of Monggo Seeds.

❖ Conduct an experiment using monggo seeds and observe what are the changes
between the setup A & setup B.

1st step: gather all the materials.


1. 2 plastic cups
2. Cottons
3. Water
4. Monggo Seeds

2nd Step: Soak monggo seeds in water and remove the floating ones then drain out
water.

3rd Step: Label one plastic cup with Plant A (with sunlight) and the other Plant B (without
sunlight)

4th Step: Cut out 4 holes in the bottom of the plastic cups.

5th Step: Randomly plant 25 monggo seeds in each plastic cups with cotton (Plant A &
Plant B) and drizzle some water to it.

6th Step: Place Plant A outside where it can be exposed to sunlight.

7th Step: Place Plant B inside your house where there is no sunlight.

8th Step: water the Plant A & B once a day.

9th Step: Take pictures of both plants everyday for the documentation.

10th Step: Keep track with the plant growth.

● You may create a video for the documentation of this experiment from DAY 1 to
DAY 7.

NO VIDEO DOCUMENTATION, NO GRADES IN PT1.
