Greetings!

This has reference to the Notice of Violation dated December 27, 2022 for the LGU
Slaughterhouse with ECC-OL-R4B-2022-0089 issued on May 31,2022 for violations of
the ECC conditions. (Copy of the Notice of Violation, attached as enclosed).

May I inform you that our slaughterhouse master in the person of Ms. Julie Anne Buhay
finished her training as Pollution Control Officer on _____________ to be able to
comply with DAO No. 2 Series of 2014 which requires the ECC holders to establish an
Environmental Unit with a Pollution Officer within 60 days from the issuance of the
ECC.

Anent the issue of Violation of R.A 8749 (Operating an Air Pollution Source Equipment
without Permit to Operate); Violation of RA 9275 (Operating without Discharge
Permit); Violation of RA 6969 (Failure to register as hazardous waste generator to this
office through online), we regret to inform you that we have submitted the application
but up to date we have not receive any status update. In addition due to the heavy
brownout and the demand, we are constrained to continue unhampered operation for
the demand of the greater public.

Please be assured that we are doing everything that we can to comply with the
requirements of ECC Certificate.
