THIS INDENTURE made on the _____ day of _____ 2023 between son /
widow of 1. Yudhvir Singh son of Ramphal 2. Hans Raj Singh son of
Ramphal 3. Jagbir Singh son of Ramphal 4. Shakuntla daughter of
Ramphal all Resident of Village Dubaldhan Bidhan Tehsil Beri Distt
Jhajjar hereinafter called ''the Principal Party'' of the first part and 1. Ashish
son of Rajesh 2. Rajesh son of Ram Singh both Resident of Village
Dubaldhan Bidhan Tehsil Beri Distt Jhajjar hereinafter called ''the Surety''
of the second part and The Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank B.O. Dubaldhan
hereinafter called ''The Bank'' of the third part.
WHEREAS Santosh Devi wife of Ramphal resident of Village Dubaldhan
Bidhan Tehsil Beri Distt Jhajjar deceased at the time of his death had the
following accounts with this Bank :-
1. A/C No. 80480300047031 Amount Rs. ____________/- Rupees
( ____________________________________ Rupees only )
AND WHEREAS the said principal party Yudhvir Singh son of Ramphal
claims / claim to be the sole heir / heirs of the said late Santosh Devi wife of
Ramphal and entitled of the above mentioned property of the deceased and
also claims / claim the payment of the balance / balances standing to the credit
of the deceased in the books of the Bank.
NOW THIS INDENTURE witnesseth that in consideration of the payment by
the Bank of the amounts above specified ( the receipt where of the said
principal party hereby acknowledges ) the said principal party and the said
surety both bind themselves severally and jointly to pay the aforesaid
amounts with interest, loss, damages and cost of all kinds whatsoever
to the said Bank, in case any claim is made about the aforesaid
money / moneys by anybody else. Future in consideration of the
aforesaid payments to the principal party by the said Bank. The said
principal part and the said surety both undertake for themselves their
heirs, executors and administrators to hold the said Bank, its agents
etc. hamless and indemnified in respect of all claims to the aforesaid
money.

Beri Distt Jhajjar do hereby appoint Yudhvir Singh son of Ramphal R/o
Village Dubaldhan Bidhan Tehsil Beri Distt. Jhajjar ( Haryana ) as my /
our attorney in my / our name and on my / our behalf to do or
execute all or any of the acts or things :-
WHEREAS Shri / Smt. Santosh Devi wife of Ramphal had the
following accounts with Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank Branch Office
Dubaldhan Distt. Jhajjar and WHEREAS He has expired on 04-01-
2023 haveing behind ( Number 5 ) legal heirs named Hans Raj Singh
and Jagbir Singh and Yudhvir Singh and Shakuntla heirs / heir.
AND WHEREAS I / WE cannot present, myself / ourselves to
receive my / our share in the said amounts Rs. _________/- Rupees
and give discharge to the bank. By virtue of this power of attorney,
the said nominated attorney will do the following acts etc. That is to
say :-
1. To receive my / our share in the aforesaid amounts lying with
Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank B/o Dubaldhan ( Distt. Jhajjar )
2. To give receipt and proper discharge to the bank in connection
with the above amounts received on my / our behalf.
3. To execute Indeminty Bond and arrange for Surtey in respect
of my / our share in the said amounts received.
4. Generally to do all lawful acts necessary of the said amounts
from the bank a /c no 80480300047031
AND I / We hereby agree that all acts, deeds and things
lawfully done by my / our said attorney shall be deemed as
acts, deeds and things done by me / us personally and I/ We
undertake to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever that my /
our said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done for me /
us by virtue of powers hereby given.

Ramphal 4. Shakuntla daughter of Ramphal of Village Dubaldhan Bidhan
Tehsil Beri Distt Jhajjar ( hereinafter called the principal party which
term shall include his/her/their heirs, administrator and executors ) of
the one part and Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank B.O. Dubaldhan
hereinafter called ''the Bank'' of the second part.
And WHEREAS Santosh Devi Son / Daughter / Husband of
Ramphal resident of Village Dubaldhan Bidhan Tehsil Beri Distt.
Jhajjar deceased at the time of his / her had the following accounts
with the Bank.
1. A/C No. 80480300047031 Amount Rs. ____________/- Rupees
( ____________________________________ Rupees only )
And WHEREAS the said principal party Yudhvir Singh claims
/claim to be the sole heir / heirs of the said late Santosh Devi and as
such claims / claim the payment of the above balance / balances
standing to the credit of the deceased along with interest.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT witness that in consideration of the
payment by the Bank of the amounts above specified and interest
( the receipt whereof the said principal party hereby acknoledges )the
said principal party agrees to refund after demand and aforesaid
amounts with interest as may be levied by the Bank., in case any
claim is made about the aforesaid money / moneys by any other heir
or anybody else.
The said principal party has / have accordingly signed this agreement
