Trade Facility System (TFS) is an TFS will cover 8 modules for BG TFS modules will be implemented in
online platform for application of (BG Application, Withdrawal, Phases as follows :-
trade facilities such as Bank Extension, Amendment, Phase 1
Guarantee (BG) and Letter of Credit Cancellation, Claim, Deferment,
(LC) through Sharepoint platform. Loss) and 1 module for Letter of - BG Application, Withdrawal

If it’s not displaying, user will not be able to proceed with the Bank Guarantee Application.

Guarantee Request well as “Approval Status”, “Approver Comment”.

Note:
a) If the Bank Guarantee request “Approved” by supervisor it will fall under “CSU” department
queue for further processing.
b) In case request “Rejected” by Supervisor status will display as Rejected and user need to re-
apply Bank Guarantee request.
