PARTICIPATE AND ASSIST

After realizing the different elements and steps of classroom/remote management plan, you are
now ready to make your own plan which you can implement in your classroom/remote learning. You may
request a copy of the Classroom/Remote Learning Management Plan of your Resource Teacher or you may
surf the internet for more samples/exemplars to guide you in creating your plan.
Be guided with the guide questions for each of the elements. Follow these reminders in writing your
plan:
 State your plan positively.
 Use simple specific terms.
 Use measurable and observable behaviors.
 Convey expected behaviors.

My Classroom Management Plan

Philosophical Statement
I'll make certain that I can provide a learning atmosphere in where they feel at ease, at
home, and secure. While simultaneously serving as a learning center, a classroom where
everyone feels unique, loved, and respected. At the same time, I expect my pupils to be
open and honest with me. I want children to believe that their classmates are not their
adversaries, but rather that they should regard them like brothers or friends in order to
avoid misunderstandings or issues.
Classroom Rules and Procedures
As long as they are able, request that they open their camera throughout lessons; if they
are unable to do so due to unreliable internet, request that they open the camera
whenever they call for participation.
Always monitor their audio, switch it off when they are not speaking and on when they
have an opportunity to speak or something to contribute. It is to avoid distractions
during the session.
They should choose a great spot in their residence where there are no distractions so they
can comfortably listen to the conversation.
When they wish to respond or share something, they should use the raise-button. Pass
the criteria, such as the assignment, on time or later.
Teacher-Student Relationships
I want my students to feel at comfortable in my presence. When kids have issues, it gives
them the sensation that they have someone to talk to, but they also know how to respect
instructors and classmates. They are allowed to treat me as if I were their mother or elder
sister, expressing their ideas and worries freely while simultaneously teaching them how
to create boundaries between student and teacher.

Schedules and Time frames


The time and schedule should always be followed.
Classroom Structures, Design and Arrangements
Since we are doing an online class, I can use Google Meet as our learning tool. The
Getlink will be sent 30 minutes before the class starts
Classroom Safety Rules and Procedures
Educate them on how to utilize the media correctly, especially when it comes to their
personal information. I'll remind them that everything they discuss with anyone should
be handled with caution.
Strategies for Rewards and Consequences
I will assign rubrics and directions for each task they will do, and I will also award them
for a significant accomplishment. Discuss with them the possible repercussions of doing
something incorrect.

NOTICE
After reading and reviewing the classroom/remote learning management plan from different
sources and creating your own plan, answer the following questions.

1. What salient components have you noted?

I was particularly impressed by the philosophical statement, classroom rules and procedures,
teacher-student connection, and classroom layout, design, and arrangement.

2. Why is there a need to utilize the information to create your classroom management plan?

The teacher should develop a classroom management plan so that everyone understands what is
expected of them and what will happen if they do not. This results in a learning environment that is
both efficient and safe for both teachers and pupils.

3. What were the significant things that you noticed when you were implementing your plan?

I have noticed when I implement the plan that everything is organized and it makes the class flow
easier and more convenient

4. Were there items in your classroom/remote learning management plan which were not tailored to
the needs of your students? How will you improve on these?

I've noticed that, despite the fact that I provided certain students the option to submit their tasks
late, just a handful answered. I gave this assignment a lot of thought since I wanted the entire
class to gain a point for it, however half of the class did not answer.

ANALYZE

1. What elements in your classroom/remote learning management plan were mostly


followed/complied with?

I have noticed that they are very cooperative when given a group activity. Their output was
good enough for Grade 8 students.

2. What elements in your plan were the most difficult to implement? Why?

It is the completion of the prescribed chores or responsibilities on time. Even though I offered
each student my whole attention, it is difficult to please each and every one of them in order for
them to pass their assignments. Some people may have issues with internet access or other
factors.

REFLECT
What were your realizations after creating and implementing your classroom/remote learning
management plan?

I've found that some students are truly struggling, yet they persevere in their efforts to find a
solution to endure online school. That is why, as instructors, we should make extra attempts to assist
them, as they are also doing their best. Students working in the classroom will continue to work in the
same manner as students working online. I wasn't anticipating this, but I'm pleased it happened.
Whatever the challenge, good children from families who respect education will overcome it.

WRITE ACTION RESEARCH PROMPTS

OBSERVE

1. The problems/challenges I encountered in writing my classroom Management Plan.

One issue I've run into is that I don't have a lot of time to educate my pupils. I don't believe my
experience with this is sufficient to complete the composition of my classroom management plan.

REFLECT

2. I hope to achieve to address these problems and challenges by taking more chances next semester.
Maybe I could ask my cooperating teacher to give me some chances to handle a class or to teach
them.

PLAN

3. Some strategies/solutions/means that I can employ to improve these situations/problems. Perhaps


I could ask my cooperating teacher if I might co-teach or manage a class. Aside from leading a
class, I'm happy to take on any responsibility, such as monitoring student activities in Google
Classroom.

4. Based on my answers in nos. 1-3, the possible title of my action research on this episode is
Perceptions of Elementary Teachers on the New Normal Education in the Selected Schools of City of
Biñan, Laguna

To further enrich my knowledge on designing my classroom/remote management plan,


whether in the classroom or in remote learning, these are some of the online resources which will

to your peers.)
