Sub: Intimation of Resignation of Managing Director and Directors of the Company.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
In compliance to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI (LODR) Regulations,
2015”) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, this is to inform you
that the following Directors have tendered their resignations as per detail mentioned below:
1. Mr. Shashin V. Patel (DIN: 00048328), Chairman and Managing Director, has tendered
resignation from the position of the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company
with effect from April 25, 2020 however, he will continue to be the Director of the
Company.
2. Mr. Vasistha C. Patel (DIN: 00048324), has tendered resignation from the post of Whole-
time Director & Director (i.e. Non – Independent Director) of the Company with effect
from April 24, 2020.
3. Mr. Vikram R. Patel (DIN: 00048318), has tendered resignation from the post of Whole-
time Director & Director (i.e. Non – Independent Director) of the Company with effect
from April 24, 2020.
4. Mr. Vipul H. Patel (DIN: 06634262), has tendered resignation from the post of Whole-
time Director & Director (i.e. Non – Independent Director) of the Company with effect
from April 24, 2020.
The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI
Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given as per Annexure –
A.
Further, the Company has received confirmations from above mentioned Directors that there
are no other material reasons for their resignations other than those which are provided in
the resignation letters dated April 24, 2020.
