SB members and all Barangay Officials, to Mr. Antonio Malayao,  Municipal
Local Government Operations Officer, to Dra. Maricar A Capuchino,
Municipal Health Officer, to Mrs. Melinda Aggari, Municipal Social Welfare
Officer, to all PNP personnel of Naguilian PS led by PMAJ GARY H
MACADANGDANG, Chief of Police, to all BFP personnel led by SFO4
Mario Orosco, to Mr. Orlando Nicolas, Principal of Naguilian National High
School, to Mr. Ruperto Manzano, TESDA Instructor, to Pastor Arnel
Marcaida of Seventh Day Adventist, to our guest of Honor and Speaker
who will be introduced later, Ladies and Gentleman, good morning! It is my
honor to welcome you to the Orientation on Balay Silangan.

MACADANGDANG, Chief of Police for his welcome remarks.

>: Thank you sir. At this point in time, may I call on Engr. Juan R
Capuchino, Municipal Mayor for his message.

>: Thank you so much sir. And now, may I call on PMSg John John V
Malan, PCR PNCO to introduce to us our guest of honor and speaker for
today’s activity.

>: Thank you so much ma’am. And to award the certificate of appreciation
and token to our lecturer, may I call on Engr. Juan R Capuchino and PMAJ
GARY H MACADANGDANG.

>: To formally end this program, may I call on PCAPT MARY JANE C
SIBBALUCA, Deputy Chief of Police for her closing remarks.

>: Thank you so much mam and to everyone for attending this orientation.
