Highways and Expressways vide Circular No, 18.79 dated 11.03.2022
This is in reference to Policy Circular No.18.89/2023 dated 5' July, 2023, towards
avoidance of doubt it is clarified with reference to Sr. No.2 and 3, EPC contractor to be
referred as road contractor appointed under EPC/HAM/BOT projects.
