U.P. Electricity Reforms Act, 3. Constitution of the Commission. - (1) (a) There shall be a Commission in the State to be known as the
1999 Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission to exercise the powers conferred on, and to perform the
U.P. Electricity Regulatory functions assigned to it, under this Act;
