Reso BPAT

The Barangay Development Council of Barangay Matampay, Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte held a meeting on March 30, 2023. They discussed and approved a resolution to establish a Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT) outpost in Purok 1 and 2 due to requests from residents who were concerned about unidentified people roaming the area. The resolution was approved unanimously and copies will be sent to the Mayor and Chief of Police.

“RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF THE PUROK 1 AND PUROK 2 OF ESTABLISHING


BARANGAY PEACEKEEPPING ACTION TEAM (BPAT) OUSTPOST OF THE BARANGAY MATAMPAY
KOLAMBUGAN LANAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, the chairman committee of the barangay council tackle about one of the raised
suggestion/request of the residents of the purok 1 and 2 of barangay matampay of having there the BPAT
OUTPOST Costing Php.___________;

WHEREAS, the residents of Barangay Matampay particularly at Purok 1 and 2 is requesting to have it on
their Purok as it is the boundary of barangay Rebucon and Matampay;

WHEREAS, it is stated and mentioned on the open forum during the 1 st Barangay Assembly date?___
where according to the concern resident William Caibot that there are some unidentified persons that
roaming around and getting in the mention Purok. Where they’re confused about the identity of those
persons and if there will be a BPAT Outpost it might minimize to let those non- residents to come in or slow
down so that they will be identified as they go in the barangay especially they will be checked (identity)
beforehand to maintain the peace and order inside the barangay premises.

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Tarhata R. Macarambon and duly seconded by all
members present it was.

RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, to approved the establishing of barangay peacekeeping action


team (BPAT) Outpost of the barangay Matampay, Kolambugan Lanao del Norte,

RESOLVED, finally that copy of this resolution will be forwarded to the office of the Municipal Mayor Hon.
Allan M. Omamos and to Municipal Philippine National Police headed by Chief of Police _______.
