ABOUT FPO Masterclass
Greetings from Development Connects. We are a management consulting firm based at
Ranchi, India. FPO Master class is an online course to strengthen and cocreate 50 producer
owned Farm based enterprise in India and grow with them in long run. The program would
help participants to design and implement new generation farm business ideas. The
program is suitable for FPO leaders , entrepreneurs, and young professionals . While the
program is for one year , we are looking to create strategic and meaningful long term
association with select farm based organizations.
I take this opportunity to make an appeal to industry leaders across Agri value chain to

outreach and impact. At this moment we may need support to build a dedicated
website and app for client engagement.

participants from your organization for a single batch .
3. Content Development : You may like to sponsor experienced resource persons for
subject specific content development cum delivery. Developing authentic contents in
local language and developing Virtual reality tools interests me .
4. Demo sites & tours : We plan to create few smart farms and processing unit through
the program . You may like to support us in exposure visits to modern farm and ago
processing units or creating live demonstrations.
5. Program monitoring & evaluation through tech enabled platform may be of interest.
You can advertising, promote and media management. Government and Academic
institution may help us with collaboration and certification.
There may be other areas. We look upon our prospective participants, patrons and
stakeholders on this.

• Participant can book the classes by paying course fee is Rs. 12,000.00 per Anum in
advance or Advance payment of Rs.1100.00 per month per student. Candidates
shall register for the program by paying Rs. 1100.00

About the Founder
Development Connects is owned by Kallol Saha. He is a Management Consultant based at Ranchi, India . He
likes to design, develop & implement concepts that uses technology and promotes Community
participation to deliver tangible business solutions. His academic background includes a Master Degree in
Applied Geology from Department of Geological Science, Jadavpur University and a Post Graduate Diploma
in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management Anand . A certified Entrepreneurship Motivation
Trainer from NIESBUD and a certified strategic human resource manager from Cornell University, Kallol
takes interest in natural resource management, local self governance and economic development. He has
served with Government of Jharkhand as director of Jharkhand State water and sanitation mission. He
worked on agri business project with PRADAN, NDDB, PWC, Deloitte, IDFC, TATA and Piramal among others.
