Executive Summary

For years, the people of the Philippines have been in grave


danger of being in a horrible condition. They are suffering from
malnutrition; an unhealthy imbalance in an individual’s which
may result from a lack of certain nutrients being consumed or
starvation. The enterprise has witnessed a gradual decline in
the number of children eating healthy items like vegetables.
Therefore, many children lack enough nutrition, vitamins, and
energy for everyday activities. The enterprise conducted
research and discovered that sweet potato leaves have
numerous health benefits. Therefore, the enterprise created an
appetizer using sweet potato leaves as the primary
component.

Crave D’ Made is a food-related manufacturing company.


Bringing new items to the market requires a manufacturing firm
that generates profit by producing or generating items from raw
materials in such a manner that it produces affordable, high-
quality, and delightful cupcakes in a variety of flavors and sells
them straight to customers. The primary product is named
"SweTato Cupcake," which is made from sweet potato leaves,
which are a strong source of vitamins B and C as well as
energy and act as immune boosters, strengthening the lives of
future generations. The product will include four distinct flavors
in a box, including Uberload (Ube), Cheesyeasy (Cheese),
Chokulit (Chocolate), and D’Original (Sweet Potato Leaves)
(Original Flavor). The enterprise came up with the assorted
flavors per unit, and it cost Php75.00 per box.

Crave D’ Made will sell its products online, allowing them to


reach a larger customer base. The enterprise plans to use
Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok as primary selling platforms,
where they will be able to provide services and products as
well as advertise their offerings. To ensure that its orders are
completed, the company established a pre- ordering system.
Crave D’ Made goal in promotion is to communicate
information, raise awareness, spark interest, and generate
sales or favorable responses.

choose this kind of business name because it fits the product that
they served, which is cupcake. We also make sure that our product is
made love, and we want to serve our customers cravings and
satisfaction. As for why we have chosen a word Crave D’ Made for
our enterprise name, It said our business will made your cravings

Nature of the Business

Crave D’ Made is a manufacturing business that offers


food products to the market. A manufacturing type of business
with a profit-making through production or creation of goods
from raw materials in such a way, creating reasonable yet
good value and delectable cupcake goods, with different
variations and sells directly to its consumers.

Mr. Zyrone Domiguez and co-owners, Ms. Llanilo their first finance is
around eighty thousand pesos (51,000) Establishing a cupcake stall
costs thirty thousand pesos (30,000) the other funds will be used in
production equipment and will be segmented in each the equipment
and supplies will cost around ten thousand pesos (10,000) and for
small wares that will be utilized for food preparation with a cost of
four thousand hundred (4,000) and the eight thousand pesos (6,000)
will be used on having business permit that allows company to legally
function and do business in the location where it is registered. And
the fund's other requirements are as follows for printed fliers and
tarpaulin for cleaning material one thousand pesos (1,000) and the

The Crave D’ Made industry remains very profitable and continues


growing. Though they are in the market today, we conceptualized our
very own cupcakes with a twist as it is a popular concept nowadays.
Cupcakes is one of the favorite indulgences, so we set out to learn
what makes them so delectable. It is also in demand regardless of
age. It is very easy to prepare, serve, and to be consumed. Our love
of cupcakes gives us the idea to start this business, a little twist
makes it more exciting and fun to eat. “Cupcakes” is a combination of
sweet potato leaves, purpleyam, grated sweet potato, chocolate, and

A. Product Description

SweTato Cupcake is a 30% organic cupcake made from sweet


potato leaves with a twist of Sweet Potato Jam filling. This ingredient
allows the enterprise to give an essential benefit and offer a new
flavor to the usual cupcakes that exist in the market. It has a soft
texture weighing 4 grams with jam and icing. It is 1.77 inches in
height and 3.5 inch OD (outside diameter).

It is brown for the original flavor and color yellow white for its icing.
Moreover, the enterprise offers three (3) other flavors such as Ube,
Cheese, and Chocolate (brown,yellow, and violet for its flavored
icing). These flavors allow the enterprise open opportunities to offer
other variants aside from the original flavor of the product (with sweet
potato leaves and sweet potato Jam). The cupcake is made from all-
purpose flour, and evaporated milk that gives a nice and moist
texture with powdered sweet potato leaves being the main ingredient.
The enterprise used standard size and weight for the cupcake to
have space for icing and fillings adding value to it. Its brown, yellow,
and violet colors included on the cupcakes icings to match the flavors
represent the cupcake. For one unit, the entity has 4 different
flavored cupcakes (original, ube, cheese, and chocolate flavors).

Overall, SweTato Cupcake is a good source of vitamin B for eyesight


and good digestion, vitamin C for growth and development, and gives
energy and boosts immunity.

Crave D’ Made believes that maintaining a high degree of discipline


among all employees is essential to fostering a pleasant work
environment. We created rules and regulations for, among other
things, the direction and compliance of all personnel, as well as the
orderly and effective operation of its business. The requirements of
due process will always be upheld while inflicting punishment for
crimes committed.

1. Personal Hygiene - All staff involved in handling food products


should have COVID vaccine certification. This is the primary step
towards food protection in these COVID times.

2. Proper Cooking Temperature - Cooking food at the right


temperature is the first rule of the food safety system.

3. Food Worker Illness - If any worker involved in preparation ,


packaging or handling food products, suffer from communicable
disease, give them an off. Or else, it can hamper your Food Safety .

5. Sanitation Measures - Apart from various state and local health


associations in the United States, World Health Organisation (WHO)
has regularly emphasized on handwashing. Wash your hands before
you start cooking.

6. Water and Sewage Disposal - Kitchen cannot function without

water. Right from cooking to washing, water keeps the kitchens


running.

7. Design and Operation of Premises - A store room for keeping for


raw materials and food products like grains and cereals is a must to
have in any food establishment.

Clean machinery and appliances from time to time in line with Food
Safety regulations.

Crave D made is a kind of business that using a stall, For us to have


a good effect to the environment. The management made some
social and ethical responsibility that need to do. This Responsibility
will benefits us and other.

some garbage trash can inside and outside the stall In that way
customer or employees can put their garbage in the right
segregation.
