THIS HIRE PURCHASE AGREEMENT is made this tenth day of December twenty twenty-

WHEREBY the owner agrees to let the hirer agrees hire one Toyota Innova crystal taxi van
(called ‘the goods’) the cash sale price being at two thousand six hundred and thirty dollars
and the hire price being at two thousand eighty hundred and twenty dollars upon the

1. The HIRER will pay to the owner the sum of one thousand two hundred dollars as
down payment and the balance payable by nine monthly rents of two hundred and
eighty dollars commencing on the twenty fifth day of January two thousand and
twenty-four and pay an interest on any rent arrears at the rate of 6 percent per

2. The HIRER may pay off this agreement in a shorter period than agreed in which event
a rebate will be granted.

3. The HIRER may pay terminate this agreement by returning the goods in God and

4. The GOODS shall remain the property of the owner until the last and final installment
is paid on or before the raid period of hire after which the goods shall become the

5. The HIRER shall ensure that all the goods is kept in his possession and shall not
remove no permit the removal from the premises specified herein as the address
without written consent of the owner for the duration of this

6. Unless the HIRER terminates the agreement, the owner cannot repossess the goods
without the HIRER’S consent after seventy percent of the hire purchase price has
