MEN’S FASHION GUIDE
This guide is designed to portray various types of outfits and styles for
men to wear on different occasions while still keeping it simple and
effective. It is absolutely unnecessary to be spending large amounts of
money on clothes from designer/high end brands just to look good. It
can be done on a budget. My goal is to teach you how to dress well for
every occasion while also maintaining a low-cost budget. The following
outfits can be attained anywhere between $30-$300. Certain items here
may exceed that range but that is only if you desire those items. It is not
mandatory.
The guide contains formal wear, casual wear, accessories (watches,
chains/bracelets, rings and earrings), shoes and fragrances. It will
provide you with all the essentials and give you an idea of what to wear
for every occasion. You can even get new ideas from the styles and
outfits shown and form your own unique wardrobe.
FORMAL
This section will cover formal wear. This will
include suits, coats, dress shirts and pants to wear on
formal occasions.
Only wear 2 color combos and use dark
colors for the most part. 1 dark and 1 light
color is also a good combo. The main color
combos to use will be the ones listed below.
COLOR COMBOS:
- Black and White
- Blue/Navy and White
- Grey and White
Look for Slim Fit styles as they fit well and look more elegant.
Get tailoring if needed, avoid baggy fitting.
Ties are a great accessory to add to the fit. Always add a tie to a suit fit when
attending special events like weddings, office meetings, etc.
Always have 2 belts: 1 black and 1 brown. The black belt will go well with most
fits, however certain fits will require the brown belt. Usually best combined with
creamy colors.
Polos are a great alternative to dress shirts and can even be worn casually.
Shoes also follow the same philosophy as belts (black and brown primarily).
However, you can add some more colors depending on your fit.

This section will cover casual
wear. These are what you will
wear day to day on the
regular. Simplicity is key here
but will still be effective. The
2 color combination is still key
here. Also, these fits can be
attained under a low budget.
These clothes can be bought
at any retail store.
For pants, Look for chinos and slim fit jeans, even skinny jeans too if it
fits your body style.
For shirts, I really like Hawaiian shirts.
They are colorful and stylish and can be worn for any occasion.
For t-shirts, keep it simple and look for white, black, navy and grey
colors.
Other colors are fine too.
For jackets, I recommend leather and denim ones. For leather jackets,
stick to black and brown colors. They look better with darker colors. For
denim jackets, you can go a bit lighter. Blue is the best choice but you
also choose other colors.

FRAGRANCES
When it comes to fragrances, there are two types that are used: EAU DE TOILETTE
(EDT) and EAU DE PARFUM (EDP). The difference is that EDT has a more
citrusy/fruity scent and is less intense/short lasting while EDP has a more earthy
scent and is stronger and long lasting. Below are some examples of the best
fragrances that you can get with each variation.

The following outfits are very flamboyant and flashy. This is for a
specific purpose and is best to wear on special occasions. However,
these are not recommended. It is completely optional and for certain
individuals that have the personality for it, want to show off a little and
have fun. These outfits are GURANTEED to turn heads and get you
compliments. You will very much so stand out from the crowd.
