A business analyst sharing her work experience.

My job is to bridge the gap between IT and business. This job involves
organizational skills, problem solving skills and analytical thinking. I prefer flexi-
timing and my job is stimulating and interesting. I have availed maternity leave and
I hate my daily commute to work. However, the COVID 19 situation gave me an
opportunity to work from home. The toughest job for me is to fire an employee.
