PNPA “PATNUBAY Class of 1995

Plan re Appreciation Sunday dated April 5, 2023.
b. Travel Order with Letter Order Number CC-2023-03145
dated April 5, 2023.
2. This pertains to the above references, that the Testimonial Parade
and Review for PBGEN RIZALITO G GAPAS, Deputy Director, SAF , PBGEN
PONCE ROGELIO IBASCO PEÑONES, District Director,NPD, and PBGEN
WILSON CASIL ASUETA, District Director, EPD as Newly Promoted
Generals of PNPA “PATNUBAY” Class of 1995 held at Camp General
Mariano N. Castañeda, Silang Cavite wherein Seventy Three (73) cadet
officers of Layag-Diwa class of 2024 and Four Hundred Sixthteen (416) cadet
elements of class 2025 and 2026 combined from Philippine National Police
Academy participated on the said activity.
3. In this regard, please be informed that at about 6:30 AM of April 1,
2023, the formation and inspection of Arrival Honors and Parading elements
started. The inspection was led by PMAJ MAILA BUAQEN ALOG, PMAJ
EDUARDO CASEM DARIA JRand PCAPT LESTER LLAMIDO NARAJA. At
about 9:00 am the arival honors for the honoree PBGEN RIZALITO G
GAPAS, Deputy Director, SAF. At about 9:15 am the arival honors for the
honoree PBGEN PONCE ROGELIO IBASCO PEÑONES JR, District
Director,NPD started received by PCOL JAMES ARSENIO TURBELA. At
about 9:30 am the arival honors for the honoree PBGEN WILSON CASIL
ASUETA, District Director, EPD started at Camp Gen. Mariano N. Castañeda,
Silang Cavite received by PCOL ROMEO BERANGO, Assistant Commandant
of Cadets, PNPA. At 9:45 AM the Attention Call was rendered and entrance of
troops proceeded. The activity ended at about 10:30 AM with a fruitful result.
The contingents arrived in the mess hall at about 11:00 AM for the dine with
the cadets.

4. No untoward incident happened during the Testimonial Parade and
Review for Newly Promoted Generals of PNPA “PATNUBAY Class of 1995.
